Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies. Privately owned Studio Villa set in a holiday resort which is on the beach and encompasses 3 swimming pools,2 tennis courts, playground and outdoor undercover BBQ areas . Located just five minutes drive to the centre of Coffs Harbour with The Big Banana & Jetty area close by.
