Located 7 miles north from the airport ferry terminal, 10 miles north of downtown, and 5 miles from Knudson Cove and Clover Pass. One bedroom with a queen and a queen pull-out couch in living room. Single cot available upon request. Three couches and a smart TV. Kitchenette has cooking utensils/equipment, coffee maker, microwave, rice cooker, hotplate, electric skillet, ect. NO STOVE. The “Diamond House” was built in the 80's by a local man named Mr. Diamond who was known for his smoked fish.

It all started with a trailer on a beautiful wooded, waterfront lot. Then a wind storm blew through, breaking the tops of several large trees causing them to land on our trailer. It took weeks to remove the trees and debris. It was then, we decided to move forward with our dream home. Moving the trailer to the trailer park, we then began preparing our lot and building our new home. Three years later it would become our dream, to share with you! Explore the beach at low tide, watch the ferries and passing boat traffic, sea birds and ducks, and occasionally orcas. We welcome ALL... but no children under 12.
