Welcome to Shepherd's Rest, our bespoke shepherd's hut located in the peaceful Hamlet of Foy, 10 minutes from the market town of Ross-on-Wye, in the beautiful Wye Valley. Outside, relax on the spacious private deck and admire the stunning views of the River Wye. Inside, Shepherd's Rest has a comfy double bed, sofa, foldaway dining area, modern en-suite shower room with flushing toilet and a log-burner, perfect for those cold winter's evenings. A great location for exploring our fantastic county!

Hand-crafted by Graham from local hillside timber, Spring Farm’s authentic shepherds’ huts, winners of a county award, are set in a hawthorn-fringed meadow, which becomes a sea of bluebells in late spring. Situated in rural Herefordshire, our shepherd’s hut is the perfect hideaway for two adults. Set within secluded woodland with open views, it offers peace, privacy and the chance to switch off. Inside, relax beside the cosy wood burner, sink into a comfortable double bed, enjoy the ensuite shower room and use the thoughtfully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. It’s the perfect setting for a romantic escape at any time of year. Spend your days strolling country lanes, stargazing or a good book!

Tom's Hut

Get away from it all in a cosy shepherd’s hut amongst trees in a beautiful rural location. Tom's Hut has a comfortable double bed, storage below and a compact kitchen unit with double gas hob, sink and fridge, pots, pans crockery and cutlery. Keep warm with a wood-burner and fire wood provided, or underfloor heating. Outside, there is a table for al-fresco dining. A newly built, heated shower room is close to the hut. Just 3 miles from Newent and various pubs. Please note there is no WiFi.

Dulas Valley Shepherds Hut + hot tub with views

Our cosy, beautifully fitted Shepherd's Hut with its own wood-fired hot tub is perfect for a romantic rural getaway. Nestled on the fringes of mature woodland on a small working farm, the hut is secluded with open views over the breathtaking Dulas Valley in rural Herefordshire. Relax in the private outside area, with charcoal barbeque, hammock and fire pit, and explore local walks, pubs, market towns and historical sites. Dogs are welcome. Pink Lady Shepherd’s Hut at Harrys Cottages

Pink Lady is located in an apple orchard with stunning views over the countryside. Whilst (literally) in the middle of nowhere, it has everything you need for a memorable stay; superfast Wi-Fi allows you to watch a movie in the comfy bed. Although it’s a tiny space, it feels spacious with a proper mini bathroom (shower and flushing toilet) and kitchen (hob, fridge, kettle, and cooking appliances). The hut has an electric radiator & a logburner, so it’s perfect for a cosy getaway.
