Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. Situated in the grounds of “Caerau Gardens”, a charming and unusual bolt hole for a couple. With under-floor heating, a Sauna and a full cinema system with screen and a stunning audio system from Monitor Audio. The surroundings are wonderful, we even have our lake for fishing, swimming or perhaps kayaking. Tithe Barn 2

A Grade II listed Tithe Barn from the 1700s, converted into a 2 bedroom cottage with facilities for a comfortable stay for 4 persons. The cottage has a sitting room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and 2 ensuite bedrooms. The cottage is set in 8 acres with gardens which is close to the shores of Lake Bala and within the Snowdonia National Park in North Wales. We can provide maps, bike storage, drying room and free off road parking and also advise on attractions and outdoor activities.

Set in the beautiful vale of clywd area of outstanding natural beauty, surrounded by open fields and beautiful countryside. Enjoy being greeted by our Alpacas on arrival and when you step inside Sigrid lodge we hope to blow your mind with the stunning A frame design, finished in a Scandinavian and nordic style which boasts a wood fire, oak flooring, lots of lovely rugs and woollen blankets.

Gwenlli Shepherds Hut

Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.

Derfel Pod

With stunning views of Llyn Celyn, this glamping pod comes with everything you need for a relaxing or adventurous break. Located in Eryri National Park there are endless trails that can be explored or if it’s a relaxing break you need, drink in the views from the hot tub in this peaceful area of North Wales. It’s also newly built for end of 2023. There are 2 pods on site which are almost identical so if this one isn’t available on your date, check Celyn Pod

Cosy Georgian lakeside cottage near Bala

Cosy Welsh cottage adjacent to Bala Lake (Llyn Tegid) with views over the mountains and beyond. Ideally placed for walking and relaxing and enjoying the lake facilities nearby. The stunning Llangower lake shore is less than 5mins walk where you will find toilet facilites, parking (although not needed as you are close enough to walk) picnic area and a lovely atmosphere all year round. Visitors are able to launch paddleboards etc on the lake and many swim.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Our beautiful fully equipped barn conversion, a haven for children, with fields to roam and lakeside access. Fabulous all weather garden complete with Jumpking Pro giant trampoline and mini football pitch. We have a fabulous undercover outdoor area complete with sofa and table and 6person hotub with some great views. our latest addition is a woodfired sauna for guests to enjoy.

Deildre Bach - cosy rural Pod

Deildre Bach stands in its own grounds in a lovely rural location close to the river Lliw in the scenic Penantlliw valley in Snowdonia National Park. It is surrounded by countryside on the outskirts of Llanuwchllyn village, 5 miles from the town of Bala. The pod has it’s own private entrance and parking space and has a spacious outside area with a BBQ perfect for alfresco dining and enjoying the views of mount Arenig and Aran.
