Take in views extending over treetops to Geographe Bay from the pool. This property oozes character & charm in a tranquil neighbourhood. Relax on a pool lounge and watch the world go by or head to the “Games Cave” for a game of pool or vintage arcade game. Sit in the amphitheatre by the fire pit for roasted marshmallows. Endless amusement for kids with a tree swing, trampoline, funky monkey climbing frame and an abundance of space and fresh, country air. Woodbridge Vista is a true south escape!

Yallingup Pure Living (Breakfast and Free Wifi)

This place is pretty special! A lovingly restored school bus now spends its time nestled amongst gum trees. You'll soak up the warmth of the morning sun, whilst listening to the bird life, and watching sheep, cows and kangaroos in neighbouring paddocks. The privacy and tranquility will allow you make yourselves at home. Whether you’re reading in a hammock, drinking wine watching the sunset, soaking in a spa, playing boardgames, or cooking on the Weber. Not suitable for children or pets.

The Lookout - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Loft Apartment

If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

The Studio: Old Dunsborough.

The Studio is the north wing of our Old Dunsborough home, purpose-built to host couples in comfort and grace. With separate entry and parking, guest independence and privacy are assured. The Studio offers secure bike storage, NBN wifi, smart TV and complimentary Netflix for your evening entertainment, or for those seeking a weekend retreat. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

The Studio, Yallingup

Situated in Yallingup, The Studio has amazing ocean and garden views. It is a short stroll to the beach, national park, Caves House hotel, general store, bakery and coffee outlets. There is a king-sized bed, comfortable seats, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, barbecue, kitchenette, filtered water and balcony. There are 22 steps, with handrails, down to The Studio. Koonga Maya adults only retreat in the Gunyulgup Valley amongst Jarrah and Marri trees overlooking the gully close enough to the crystal clear waters of Smiths Beach which you can hear in the winter months. We are situated 10 minutes from Dunsborough town and 10 minutes from Yallingup and Smiths beach
