Have fun with the whole family at this stylish accommodation in the heart of Yamba. The property is walking distance to town and the beach. Views to the river . Parking both front and back of the property. Park the car and walk to restaurants, cafes, pubs, the golf course, the bowls club, and amazing beaches. We do not allow large or loud parties and ask all guests to not be on the deck with loud music or people after 9pm. We ask you to respect our neighbours. There is no inside dining table.

And if that’s not enough, stroll down the hill to the centre of town. Free on street parking.

Recently updated, the 1960s shack has been restored to add a fresh and homely feel, whilst keeping the old school charm. Lovingly restored and completely private with its own walled courtyard, the granny flat is a lovely fresh and light filled space located just 200m from the magnificent Clarence river and a short walk/ride into the centre of town. The street is very quiet with plenty of parking and the flat is nestled in a large backyard surrounded by snippets of rural lifestyle including lush gardens, friendly chickens and hardworking bees.
