84 Gipps Cottage

84 Gipps Cottage is an early 1850s historical stone and timber cottage on centrally located Gipps Street. The cottage is set in the prestigious area near the Port Fairy village close to restaurants, cafes and boutique shopping within easy walking distance to the river, stunning beaches, the wharf area and is well situated to explore the locality on foot. The Cottage has been sensitively renovated offering modern comforts while maintaining a truly authentic experience of historic Port Fairy.

Our home is located on the peaceful edge of Port Fairy overlooking one of Port Fairy’s beautiful south beaches.(please refer to updated map under our photos for exact location). Located in a quiet environment at the end of our 800 metres track from the Prince’s highway and a few steps from the water’s edge. Our home has the privilege of private beach access & magnificent ocean views. Sitting room & 1 bedroom has a rural view & located off off our courtyard. bedroom 2 has a limited ocean view

Harbour Views

The Old Bond Store is situated in the heart of the CBD a short walk from the main street with uninterrupted harbour views . This large one-bedroom, mezzanine apartment has everything needed with a built in robe and a comfortable queen size bed. With a modern kitchen, a breakfast bar, dishwasher and open planned living with a gas fire heater. A private balcony overlooks the harbour. There is an office space with Wi-Fi. Laundry has a washing machine and dryer.There is free parking available.

Right in the centre of Port Fairy. Walk to shops, restaurants, Moyne river, Griffith Island and East beach. Beautiful newly renovated suite with original historic stone wall and polished concrete floor. Glass Stacker doors open up the entire area to let in the sea breeze. King bed with luxurious feather doona (duvet) and beautiful linen. Bar Fridge, microwave, toaster, fan, 56"TV, DVD player and wardrobe. Excellent heating and parking available. Tea, coffee, towels and linen provided.

We have kept the original character of our 100 year old cottage but added all the modern amenities needed with an large extension. Tikalara is located in town a short walk to the shops and cafes, and an easy walk to the South beach. Two bedrooms provide one queen size bed and two singles. There are 2 modern bathrooms and 2 living spaces each with their own TV. A gas log fire will welcome you on a cold winters day as you enjoy the view to the south beach across the dunes.

A rural retreat set on 29 acres of rolling pastures, High View is a peaceful horse facility with spectacular views across the dunes to the ocean. Guests can wander the grassy laneways around our agistment paddocks or watch the incredible sunsets from your veranda. As a pet friendly property you can even bring your dog to enjoy a slice of the rural lifestyle. Just 5 minutes drive to the supermarket and 10 minutes to central Warrnambool we have the best of both worlds.

Ella Blue Absolute Beachfront

Ella Blue has beautiful 180 degree views over the East Beach. You are so close you could touch it! This beach front property is well suited to a couple or family of four. A large deck spans the upstairs apartment which gives you amazing views and is perfect to enjoy a very relaxing holiday. The apartment is the upstairs section of a holiday house and has a private entrance. With the town within walking distance this apartment is a wonderful escape from reality.

Dromore - Spacious, central, 3 bedroom apartment

Our spacious, two-storied apartment is set in beautiful gardens behind our own home. Although near to our home, it is completely self-contained, has its own entrance and guests have complete privacy. Guests can and come and go as they please. It is a short stroll to the main street, restaurants and beaches. There is off-street parking only metres from the front door. Free wifi is provided and Chromecast is set up on the television.

The Studio at Heathbrae is situated 1.5 km from the charming Irish village of Koroit. Located halfway between Warrnambool and Port Fairy, surrounded by beautiful green countryside, walking distance to Tower Hill reserve and a short drive to the hidden gem of Killarney beach. The studio is a private apartment, semi attached to our home, Heathbrae, in peaceful gardens set on over 2 acres.
