The Flower Shed

Welcome to The Flower Shed. A small magical space in Collector, NSW only 2 minutes off the Federal Highway. The Shed is adjacent to the main house, but is very private. Comfy Sofa bed/couch. We have thought of everything you need for an overnight stay or 2. There is a practical kitchenette for you including a fridge, toaster, electric cooktop, microwave and kettle. Relax and enjoy. Double insulation and reverse cycle air conditioner for cosy Winter nights or cool Summer days. No cats allowed.

Guests will have their own entrance that opens up to a sun-filled, modern room-ensuite with a fully equipped private kitchen that overlooks our landscaped courtyard. All amenities in the room are new and please treat this facility as your own. The place is geographically central to all of the Canberra's attractions and most of the Governemt offices, just 10 minutes to the city, Belconnen, Barton, Kingston and Woden. Public transport available from top of the road. Street parking available.

If you love live music, local wine, whisky or gin, this is a great valley to explore. For fishing, bring your gear or boat for the river, the dam or a nearby lake. Ideally located just out of town, Tuckerbox Tiny is surrounded hills, overlooks Morley’s Creek and picturesque farmland. It feels like a private country retreat but is only 2km to the Main Street, where you can enjoy breakfast at fantastic cafe’s, bakery, museums, antique shops, Carberry Park, supermarket, etc

Separate, Comfortable, Functional, Stargazing.

Hideaway in Wamboin. 15 minutes to Queanbeyan or Bungendore, close to wineries. Comfortable, private and separate studio unit (donga) with queen bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. Tea's and Coffees available. Stargazing on clear nights, peace and quiet. This is a small space that is not suitable for long term rental. Note: after numerous suggestions as to temperature control, I have now installed reverse cycle air conditioning. Nearest shops are in Queanbeyan (15mins away)
