It is adjacent to Silverdale golf club, Leighton Moss RSPB Nature Reserve and is across the road from the local railway station This property has 3 well-equipped bedrooms: master bedroom with en-suite shower, double bedroom and a sinlge bedroom, all of which have HD TVs. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower and a downstairs WC.

Nestling in a quiet rural setting Hilderstone Stable was converted recently into a contemporary high quality 2 bed cottage. 5 mins north of J35 M6. This cottage is ideally located for exploring the Lake District, Arnside/Silverdale AONB, Leighton Moss and Yorkshire Dales. The settlement of Hilderstone can be traced back to the 13th century. The barn was built originally in c1750. There is still a working farm as part of the 200 acre Hilderstone Farm. A great base for outdoor activities.

Farmhouse Lodge

Delightful, private and tranquil lodge located at the bottom of the large private Farmhouse garden. Fabulous views and walking distance to local pubs. It is a 50 metre walk from the parking area to the Lodge. There is free Wifi in the Lodge and good mobile signal. This place is a retreat for you to truly unwind, relax & get away from it all, or use as a base for exploring the local area and the Lake District. Unfortunately it is not suitable for children or infants.

The cottage is in the small village of Gressingham in the beautiful Lune valley and Forest of Bowland AONB. There is easy access to both the Lakes and Yorkshire Dales national parks. In addition the attractions of Kirkby Lonsdale, the historical city of Lancaster and RSPB reserve at Leighton Moss are only 15-20 minutes away. Gressingham is a small, picturesque village and makes the perfect location for walkers, cyclists and those wanting a country break.

The Annex

This hidden gem is situated in an AONB in North Lancashire, close to RSPB Leighton Moss, less than 5 minutes from J35 of the M6, 20 minutes drive to Kendal, easy access to southern Lake District, and 20 minutes from Lancaster and Morecambe Bay. This peaceful location is superb for cycling and walking or just enjoying nature. The private annex has a key box for arrivals, with access to a rear garden with views over open countryside (shared with owner).

The nearby coastal villages of Silverdale and Arnside, offer shops, restaurants and pubs. Please note we do not provide towels.
