Villa Väylän Helmi sijaitsee Ylitornion kunnassa, Kaulinrannan kylän Marjosaaressa. Saari on rauhallinen maalaismiljöö, jossa sijaitsee lähinnä loma-asuntoja. Tornionjoen varrella sijaitseva mökki on kalastajien ja jokimaisemaa rakastavien lomailijoiden valinta. Marjosaaressa on loistava paikka katsella ja kuvata revontulia. Lähistöllä on useita nähtävyyksiä ja mahdollisuus harrastaa erilaisia aktiviteetteja. Voit helposti vierailla myös Ruotsissa, jonne pääsee Aavasaksan sillan kautta.

Lapland cabin by a lake

This small, traditional, Lappish, log cabin is located at lake Norvajärvi with direct access to lake in both winter and summer time. Enjoy the lake view and forest around you, immerse to the nature and its sounds and smells and marvel the northern lights or cosy up by the open fire in winter. We are 20km out from Rovaniemi city and driving time is apprx 30min. Cabin has electricity but no running water. We bring you drinking water and water for washing in sauna is taken from the lake.

Nivankylä village is located 10km from Rovaniemi city centre. Our place is almost hidden by the trees in local village. Here you can spend your holidays in your own peace. Me and my husband have built for you a little log villa with love. We have rebuilt place with own hands with touch of local culture. Logs are from 50-century. In case you need a help, we would be helping you because we live very nearby. Help is always near. You will be our quests and we will be there for you.

I love my chalet, because the place is so beautiful and calm. Chalet have now new fireplace and new bathroom/sauna. Nature is all a around you. You can relax in chalet by hiking or in finish sauna or just spend time with your friends. Chalet is located about 70 km from Rovaniemi, near beautiful lake Vietonen. Chalet is is very good place travel for 4 persons family, couples and alone. The chalet is located at the top of a hill, there you can see far to lake.

Viehättävä hirsimökki Kemijoen rannalla

Rentoudu kauniin Kemijoen varrella sympaattisessa vuodelta 1811 hirsimökissä. Remontoitu nykyaikaisin mukavuuksin v.2021. Pihanavetassa uusi sauna/wc ja grillitupa sekä saunaterassi . Saunan jälkeen pulahda hiekkarannalta Kemijoen raikkaaseen veteen. Rannalla toinen sauna sekä palju, vuokrattavissa erikseen kesäaikaan, sekä huvimaja grillauspaikka ja soutuvene. Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet kuuluvat hintaan Maaseudun hiljaisuudessa sielu lepää!

Erillismökki omassa rauhassa kahden suuren järven välisellä lompololla. Omaa rantaviivaa yli puoli kilometriä. Kylältä löytyy porotila sekä husky- ja moottorikelkkasafareiden järjestäjä . Molemmat perheyrittäjiä, joissa palvelu pelaa. Eikä kaukana ole kesät talvet käytössä oleva viralliset vaatimukset täyttävä frisbeegolf ratakaan ( noin 14 km päässä osoitteessa Airijärventie 108 nykyisin 18-reikäinen metsässä ja kallioilla kulkeva rata).

Free WIFI. Free parking. 🛜🅿️ The house has a complete kitchen with dishwasher. There is one bedroom with a 180 cm bed, livingroom with a 140 cm sofa bed and another bedroom on the second floor with a 140 cm sofa bed and a 90 cm bed. There is a laundry machine and dryer in the basement. Note that there are no doors in the first floor. During the summertime you can find a swing in the yard. There are lots of toys for children to play with.

Majoitu maaseudun rauhassa viihtyisässä mökissä jokimaisemilla. Mökki on pienehkö,siistikuntoinen jossa kaikki tarvittava. Sähkösauna,suihku,wc,liesi,astiat,jääkaappi ja ruuanlaittovälineet Rantaan menee polku ja soutuvene käytössä. Ranta on kivipohjainen ja siinä ei ole laituria eli uimataitoinen täytyy olla jos joessa pulahtaa. Kohteessa juuri tullut ilmalämpöpumppu joka pitää huoneiston mukavan viileänä ja tuo talvella mieluisaa lämpöä.

Hidasta elämää tässä idyllisessä pienessä saunallisessa hirsimökissä lammen rannalla. Ekologinen kohde sijaitsee lähellä melko hiljaista tietä, mutta silti omassa rauhassaan. Voit nähdä sään salliessa revontulia lammen rannalta. Kesällä voit kokea keskiyön auringon. Sijaitsee noin tunnin ajomatkan päässä Rovaniemen lentokentältä luonnonkauniissa pienessä kylässä. Erähenkisille, kuitenkin pienillä mukavuuksilla!
