Steps away from a 9 hole golf course and a 3 minute drive into the town of Nackawic. The “resort” is also a great location for multiple hiking trails, ATV trails, snowmobiling & skating and 20 minute drive from Crabbe Mountain

This is a very spacious and comfortable home. You get the country experience with still the luxury of being fifteen minutes from local shopping areas and thirty five minutes from the city of Fredericton. We have a nice large yard for your enjoyment. You will enjoy the peace and quiet while also enjoying nature. Also we live 30 mins from Crabbe Mountain and if you are a snowboarder/skier you will love this hill. We also have a swimming pool, to cool you off on those hot days.

This small studio apt is best suited for two people with a comfy double bed. A cot or playpen can be provided for that small, third person. There is a small, private bath with a stand up shower in the unit. This cozy suite has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, coffee pot and bbq on the pool deck. It has a lovely covered porch for you to sit out on those warm evenings.
