Welcome to our adorable cozy hilltop farmhouse. This studio features a Cal King bed, a sofa queen hideaway bed, twin roll-away bed, full kitchen, fireplace, a jacuzzi tub, and separate shower. Outside a dining table and separate sitting area with propane fire pit. This hilltop location provides total privacy. We are located less than 30 miles from Yosemite, Bass Lake, and Sugar Pine. The River Falls House

Only 13 miles from the south gate of Yosemite, this beautiful creek side home with a waterfall was once the original art studio home of a well known Yosemite Landscape Artist.
