Das Chalet ist direkt mit dem Auto erreichbar. Parkplatz ist inklusive. Von hier aus stehen euch viele Wandertouren, Touren mit dem Mountainbike, Klettermöglichkeiten, Rafting, Therme sowie etliche Ausflugsziele mit der Familie oder Freunden zur Verfügung. Für jeden Outdoorfan wird bei uns etwas geboten, überzeuge dich selbst!

Unser Chalet Obenland liegt auf dem Sonnberg über dem Ort Bramberg am Wildkogel in den Kitzbüheler Alpen. Sobald wir aus dem Fenster schauen, fühlen wir uns mit der Natur verbunden. Über viele Jahre haben wir uns in diesem Stück Paradies immer wieder neu verliebt: beim Skifahren, Wandern, Mountainbiken, Paragliding, Smaragde-Schürfen, an den größten Wasserfällen Europas in Krimml... Wildkogel-Arena ca. 5 Min, Ski-Gebiet Kitzbühel ca. 15 Min. Gerlos-Königsleiten, Zell am See/Kaprun ca. 25 Min.

Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

Chalet Maria is a traditional Austrian mountain retreat situated close to Maria Alm and right in the middle of the fantastic Hochkoenig skiing and hiking area. It's a perfect place for a winter or summer holiday. The chalet is located at an altitude of 1,000m with breathtaking views of the surrounding Hochkoenig valley. The two-storey accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms as well as 2 guest toilets and thus offers space for 17 people.
