Ons huisje staat in één van de mooiste Waterlandse dorpen, Broek in Waterland. Het bevindt zich in een prachtige omgeving, op 8 km van Amsterdam. Op 3 minuten lopen afstand vind je de bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Het gastenverblijf zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bijvoorbeeld een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt.

Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

De bus brengt je rechtstreeks in 20 minuten naar de Ziggo Dome, JC Arena en AFAS theater. De studio is van alle gemakken voorzien, een patio, eigen entree, een gratis privé parkeerplek. Our house is ideal to visit Amsterdam from for a long weekend or holiday. It's located in the old centre of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, with shops and supermarket just down the road. Nice restaurants and terraces on the river are around the corner. Ouderkerk aan de Amstel has many nice cycling routes in the area. Amsterdam is reachable with public transport (30 minutes), bicycle (40 minutes) or by car (15 minutes).

Looking for peace, space and nature in a rural area and yet close to Amsterdam? Then visit our lovely cottage. The cottage is located on the river Amstel, only 15 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike from the vibrant center of Amsterdam. The cottage overlooks meadows on all sides. It is next to the owners house, but offers a lot of privacy. The cottage has a nice terrace that overflows into the garden.
