Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss (schwellenlos) mit separatem Eingang, eigenem Badezimmer & Küche. Der idyllische Hof Flühmatt liegt auf 850müM eingebettet in der Hügellandschaft am Tor zum Emmental. Die Region ist bestens geeignet für Wanderungen zum Ahorn, aufs Hinterarni oder in die Napfregion. Die beliebte Herzroute führt Velofahrer nur wenige Meter am Haus vorbei. Im Winter empfiehlt sich die Region für Schneeschuhtouren oder Schlittelspass. Ich freue mich auf Deinen Besuch!

The picturesque town of Lucerne is 15 minutes away and you can drive to Interlaken, Bern, Zürich or Basel within an hour. You can get to Engelberg with its spectacular Mount Titlis in 45 minutes, not to mention a number of other major attractions. Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in diesem ruhigen, stilvollen Holzbau-Bungalow mitten in Beinwil am See. Die Fassade des Hauses wurde nach der traditionellen japanischen Yakisugi-Methode erbaut. Im Innenbereich schaffen die Holzwände/-decken ein angenehmes Raumklima. Die 70m² Wohnfläche sind offen gestaltet und über zwei Stockwerke verteilt. Im oberen Stockwerk befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Panoramafenster und grosszügiger Terrasse/Balkon (20m²) mit Sicht auf den See.
