IL BORGO - Como Lake

Il BORGO è composto da tre antiche e lussuose dimore, del 1600. Sono tutte case indipendenti. Una è la casa della sola coppia di ospiti, una è la casa dei proprietari e l'ultima è lo studio massaggi olistici. Il giardino, la piscina, l' idromassaggio con acqua calda, la sauna ad infrarossi e il bosco, sono ad uso esclusivo delle sole due persone ospitate. Il tutto immerso nella natura. Luca e Marina, abitano nel BORGO, ma non utilizzano i servizi. La struttura non è adatta ad ospitare bambini.

The chalet is located in a small village in the alps, sorrounded by lawns and woods. You can't miss this place and its beautiful panorama. My place is perfect for families and couples who would like to relax, walk into the woods and hike. Cozy and bright studio apartment equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay in Engadin. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny area and is distinguished by its warm and well-finished style. It is a five-minute walk from the Marguns ski lifts, which lead to the St. Moriz ski area. Both in summer and winter, it is the perfect base for walks and sports activities (cross-country skiing, ice skating, cycling, tennis, golf, fishing) in the region.

Mountain Shack

The small and rustic tiny house is right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The accommodation has two floors with a double bed, shower, and toilet on the second floor. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. To get into Davos, the bus stops conveniently in front of our house, and will bring you back here regularily. Bus fare is included with guest cards.

Originally built in 1686, the barn was fully renovated in 2015 and offers 90 m² of modern amenities: electric heating, a modern kitchen, two open bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a cozy fireplace. Need more space? Right next door is the second half of the semi-detached house – Ciäsa7406! Perfect for families or friends traveling together who still value their privacy.

A few km from Livigno, Bormio and St. Moritz, which can also be reached by the Unesco World Heritage Bernina Red Train. Zentral gelegene 3.5-Zimmerwohnung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Post sind nur Vis-a-Vis der Wohnung. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer sowie ein Wohnraum. Im Wohnzimmer sind auch zwei Schlafmöglichkeiten. Ein Zimmer hat ein Kajüttenbett, aus diesem Grund sind nur fünf Betten angegeben. Die Wohnung hat aber sechs Schlafmöglichkeiten. Die Küche ist geräumig.

Mountain hut at 1100 meters above sea level, 6 km from Grosio, 20 km from Bormio with the possibility to reach other goals such Livigno and Tirano (red Bernina train). For the nature lovers there is the possibility to organize excursions on foot along the paths of our valley.

Malix gehört zur Gemeinde Churwalden. Die Region ist als Ski, Fahrrad, Wander-Region sehr bekannt. Auch sonst bietet die Region alles erdenkliche an Sport und Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Die Hauptstadt von Graubünden ist Chur, diese Stadt hat auch kulturell sehr viel zu bieten.
