Our gite is a charming stone house tastefully restored with the traditional French Style, in the heart of the countyside, surrounded by woods and field of the Natural Park of Périgord Limousin (30 km from Brantome). This location is perfect for nature lovers : walks, biking, canoeing on the Dronne, swimming in lakes (Saint Estephe, Saint Mathieu ...) river fishing and autumn harvest ceps. We will also give you some information as days of local market and places to visit because there are an abundance of medieval and renaissance villages and hamlets to explore within the region. Classified 4 stars, the house can accommodate up to 10 people and includes: - A large living room of 50 m² very friendly with fully equipped kitchen, farmhouse table and lounge around an authentic fireplace. - A bedroom / office (1 double bed) - A bathroom with 1 sink, 1 bubble bath, 1 shower and 1 toilet. - First floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), and 1 loft (1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 sofa) Outside: 1 terrace with garden furniture, barbecue Facilities: cot and high chair, 2 adult bikes

Our beautiful home is set in 2 acres of garden in the picturesque Dordogne, in the Perigord Vert region of France. There is a full-size Pool table, air hockey table and table tennis table indoors and a separate table tennis table outside. The home has everything you need, from a bread maker to a food processor. Come for Autumn Winter 2025/6 with a 30% reduction!! (Already applied) A charming farmhouse set in 10 hectares of land, in an enviable position with exceptional views. To be enjoyed at any time of year. Search for orchids in Spring; laze by the (shared) infinity pool in Summer; enjoy roast meats and chestnuts in the fireplace in Autumn or cozy up next to the Christmas tree with family in Winter. Saint Robert, one of ‘Les Plus Beaux Villages des France’, is only a few mins away or 20 min walk.

Charmant petit moulin début XIX situé au cœur du Périgord Vert. Un véritable havre de paix au bord de la rivière "Le Bandiat" pour les amoureux de la pêche et de la nature. Chemins de randonnée depuis le moulin. Terrain de 2000m² clos, arboré avec terrasses, une petite dépendance où vous pourrez y ranger vos vélos. UN CHÈQUE DE CAUTION DE 500 EUROS VOUS SERA DEMANDÉ À VOTRE ARRIVÉE et vous sera renvoyé si il n’y a pas eu de dégâts et que le ménage a été fait. Animaux acceptés sur demande 🐕

Welcome to the beauty of our small hamlet called Savanat, in the commune of Abjat sur Bandiat, situated in the Perigord Vert region of the Dordogne. The nearest main town is Nontron with all the large Supermarkets and amenities. The nearest Airport is Limoges, which around an hours drive away and is a RyanAir route. Please be advised that our swimming pool will remain closed during the winter period and will only be open for guest use from the 15th of April 2026 until 20th of October 2026.

Relax with the whole family in the Master's House of the former sausage factory. Enjoy stunning countryside views over the Perigord Vert in the north Dordogne, with your own private enclosed garden, private pool, terrace, large outdoor dining table, shaded seating, BBQ. Share other facilities on site such as the pool, honour bar, petanque and other games. Or simply relax and walk in the extensive grounds. The village with basic amenities is less than a 10 minute easy stroll away.

Magnifique gîte tout confort, jacuzzi, Brantôme

Le gîte "La Petite Maison", meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles, où il est bon de passer du temps. Situé en pleine nature, au cœur du Périgord Vert, à seulement 3 min de Brantôme. Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.

Gîte chaleureux + piscine - 4 personnes

Charmant petit cottage pour 4 personnes, bien équipé dans une nature préservée - comprenant une cuisine/salle à manger niveau cave, salon au rez de chaussée avec 2 canapés + écran et à l'étage 2 chambres doubles et une salle d'eau. Endroit idéal pour se ressourcer...mais si vous ne pouvez pas lâcher votre ordinateur, pas de panique, vous avez accès à la wi-fi! Espace parking devant le gîte et à deux pas, usage de la piscine de sel (9m x 4m) partagée.
