All our cottages operate on solar and gas and fresh water is plentiful and delicious. Beautiful Breeze Cottage

Beautiful Breeze Cottage sits among the stunning hills of the Dargle Valley. It overlooks 3 tranquil dams, rolling pastures and an indigenous forest. There are cattle and horses in the fields, abundant bird life to enjoy and peacefulness to breath in. It's the perfect place to recharge while escaping the pressures of city life and with the Midlands Meander on our doorstep you can be as busy or as quiet as you choose. The farm is now fully off Eskom power so load shedding is a distant memory.

Hilton House Two

Hilton House Two is perfectly located in the heart of Hilton, just 800m from the N3 highway. It is close to local schools and shopping centres. The cottage has its own private garden and own entrance and is joined to the main house. The property has remote gate access, with secure parking directly outside the cottage. Some highlights include uncapped WiFi, solar power backup, a four poster queen bed and a single day bed, a smart TV and a trendy kitchette! We would love to welcome you soon!

Forest Falls Treehouse

Enjoy the serenity of nature on the edge of the Umgeni Valley. Conveniently placed less than 10 minutes away from Hilton Village. This is no normal cottage. Our Forest Falls Treehouse is built at the confluence of two streams. Perched amongst trees, birds are constant visitors while shy nyala often make an appearance. This self-catering cottage can be reached after a short walk in an indigenous forest down steep stairs built into a cliff face. Meals can be purchased through prior arrangements.

The Watering Hole is the ideal spot for a fun, family getaway. Swimming pool, three luxurious dam facing bedrooms, a large super-king garden room and a kid friendly dormitory styled loft. Located at the Hilton Bush Lodge, bordering the famous Hilton College, Caracal Lodge sits among trees opening to spectacular views of the Rietspruit and Umngeni valleys. Listen closely and you will hear the rush of the Riets Waterfall, even better, take a walk through the bush and enjoy the falls first hand! If you're after something closer to home, wonder a few steps out back and enjoy the lodges pool.

We are close to top Midlands schools, Hilton, Howick and the N3. Each bedroom has a wall mounted heater and there is a log burning fireplace in the lounge. The kitchen has a toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, air fryer and 4 place gas stove with electric oven. The property is off grid with solar power and a backup generator and borehole water.
