Fully self-contained 2 brm home in bayside Brisbane. Tiddabinda (sister's sitdown) is a contemporary urban Aboriginal styled 2 bedroom totally self-contained home of comfort and modern convenience. With its own front entrance, fully fenced front garden, lounge with excellent entertainment options, a modern full sized kitchen, large bathroom, full sized wardrobes it is home to you. You have your own entrance, full sized lounge, fully functional kitchen (full sized refrigerator, oven, stovetop), a huge bathroom and two bedrooms (both with queen sized beds) with family sized wardrobes. All mod cons are included such as Foxtel, Telstra TV, Google Home and unlimited NBN high speed internet (wifi). This “smart” home is environmentally friendly, uses only non-toxic products and is equipped with two air conditioners and ceiling fans everywhere which ensures your comfort at any time of year. The whole house has filtered water which is delicious to drink. All cleaning products are provided free of charge as this is my home and I prefer to keep it as non-toxic as possible. Smoking area is restricted to the front verandah only. Thank you for respecting this matter. Guests have access to the large covered patio and pool outdoor area – ideal to sip coffee in the morning watching the sun come up while listening to the beautiful sounds of native birds greeting the day or to relax to the waterfall sounds in the evening sipping on some local wine from Sirromet Winery just up the road. You will have full privacy during your stay but I am on hand should you need help or advice with anything. I live in the back half of the home with my own entrance. You may see me coming and going and you will always get a friendly wave. I respect your privacy but if you feel like a chat over a coffee or wine, I am always up for conversation and swapping yarns. I love to find out about other people’s cultures and very willing to share mine. The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of open green space, walking tracks, and lots of wildlife. Major shopping centres and an entertainment precinct are within easy walking distance, only 7 mins to Sleeman’s Sport Complex and Belmont Shooting Range, 10 mins to Sirromet Winery, 20 mins to airport, 15mins to Cleveland (ferry to Stradbroke Island (Minjerribah) and 35 mins from Brisbane CBD. Walking distance to public transport, local bush walking tracks. Most people use private cars but both taxis and uber are readily available. If you require a rental car, there is a spare car on the property. Located in Capalaba, we are 7 mins from Chandler (home of the Sleeman Sports Complex and the Belmont Shooting Range) with simple public transport to those locations. Walking distance is the Capalaba Entertainment Precinct with two shopping centres, restaurants and cinemas as well as a major bus interchange providing public transport around Brisbane (45 minutes to the CBD of Brisbane). Sirromet Winery (hosting Day on the Green events) is 12 minutes up the road, the ferry to various Moreton Bay Islands is 17 mins down the road, the airport is 20 minutes away, and only 50 minutes to the Carrara Stadium on the Gold Coast. Dreamworld, MovieWorld, Wet n Wild, Outback Spectacular and Seaworld are all well less than an hours drive away. There is one step into the house but all one level once inside. Rooms are family home size. The front yard is fenced and your well- behaved furbabies are welcomed once approved (please advise ahead of time). You'll love this little beach house/dupIex. Available is the top level, which is the original house. (Owner has downstairs unit and will be there at times.) It's not large but definitely comfortable for four adults and decorated in mid century style. Its 5 minutes walk to water and General Store. Free wifi and streaming services. It has 2 comfortable queen beds. Up to 2 dogs allowed and the yard is securely fenced. You will see koalas and kangaroos in the vicinity. Kitchen is well equipped.

The Cottage sits right on the border of Brisbane's Northern Bay Side suburbs of Sandgate and Deagon and overlooks the Gasworks Creek reserve. Formerly an old carpenters workshop, the exposed timbers create a very cosy, comfortable place to stay. Only 5 minutes walk to Sandgate Village with Moreton bay beyond, and just 250m from Sandgate Station. Ideal for the Entertainment Centre or nipping into Brizzy. 1 x Queen bedroom. 1 x sofa bed in the lounge + 2 kids beds up in the star gazers loft..

Yet we are on a fully cleared, quiet acreage block which boasts beautiful gardens and a dam which is a haven for all birdlife including our pet geese - a bird watchers paradise. As our guests you are invited to stroll through our extensive gardens and if you wish sit around a large firepit with wood supplied from our property.

Straddie Treehouse

Straddie Treehouse, set over two levels and surrounded by greenery, is located in the heart of Point Lookout - colourful, casual and close to almost everything the Point has to offer. It comprises of a full kitchen, 3 large airy bedrooms, two bathrooms (each with separate toilet), a generous living space. There are decks on both levels and a loft accessed by a ladder which is not to be accessed. Dogs and children are welcome. Cleaning Fee includes linen hire, just pack your beach towel.

Original 1950s Beach/Fishing Cottage

This 1950s fishing cottage with the original boat slip attached is situated on the edge of Moreton Bay Marine Park. It has been brought back to life and tastefully renovated in keeping with the original design. This house is set up for a great get away, fishing, paddle boarding or kayaking holiday with the beach right out in front of the cottage. Access via a lock box will make your arrival easy. Once you arrive, this property will make you feel a million miles away.

Maiala is the perfect get away for couples, solo adventurers, and families. Pulan/Amity Point is a quiet fishing village between Goompee/Dunwich and the Point. The house is a short walk to bush tracks, the beach, an enclosed pool, cafe and General Store. Relax in the evenings, watching beautiful sunsets; you can spot dolphins, koalas, kangaroos and numerous birds that abound in the area. Come and immerse yourself in our pristine island.
