Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. Ένας χώρος που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 5 άτομα. Το σπίτι έχει δικό του πάρκινγκ, κήπο, βεράντα, θέα στη θάλασσα, ένα μπάνιο, κουζίνα, καθιστικό και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο. Στο υπνοδωμάτιο υπάρχει διπλό κρεβάτι. Στον χώρο του καθιστικού υπάρχουν δύο καναπέδες. Ο ένας καναπές γίνεται μονό κρεβάτι, ενώ ο δεύτερος ανοίγει και μεταμορφώνεται σε ημίδιπλο κρεβάτι που φιλοξενεί άνετα δυο ενήλικες.
