The Old Stables is a spacious, tastefully furnished private retreat, perfect for two. We’re located in the pretty village of Bredon just 3 miles from the historic riverside town of Tewkesbury, close to Cheltenham and a short drive to the north Cotswolds. Plenty of walking in the area, places to visit, shopping in Cheltenham or stay put with a good book, film or glass of wine in the garden. Or just talking to each other! *The Fox and Hounds is still closed due to a fire (note added April 2026)

Boddington Mill is a stunning countryside retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds, steeped in history and rural charm. The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. The Little Retreat is a beautiful stable conversion. The open plan living/kitchen/dining room has a vaulted ceiling, stylish lighting and everything you need to cook up a storm. With cosy underfloor heating throughout, this is a special place, with only 5 star reviews! The Malvern Hills, and the new Cotswold Designer Outlet are on the doorstep, the Cotwolds Hills, Jeremy Clarkson's pub and Diddly Squat Farm are less than an hour away. Well behaved dogs welcome by arrangement.

The Woodshed

We are located in the countryside but within easy reach of Cheltenham, Stratford-on-Avon, the Cotswolds, the Malverns and Worcester. We are a working farm at the foot of Bredon Hill, just over one mile from the local village which has a great pub. There are many great walks and cycle routes around and we also have a large pond which is great for fishing in or relaxing by. The Woodshed is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with children).
