Located on Ok Street, the rental is just a short stroll from Brewery Gulch, Main Street, and some of the best dining areas around. This house was just recently upgraded with Central AC and a new custom built fence that provides more privacy outside There is no parking on premises. You may need to walk up 40ish stairs

Tenga en cuenta que la cochera, invernadero , almacenes y el vestidor de la recámara principal son áreas restringidas. No se permiten fiestas ni eventos. Our peaceful country cottage is perfect for large families, groups, or multiple families traveling together. Three of the bedrooms have a full bathroom and one of the upstairs bedrooms is split to creat a mini family suite with a small private bedroom. The cottage is on a property with other housing but has its own private yard and patio with fire pit and grill. The property is completely gated with secure parking for several cars, trailers etc. great when traveling with off-road vehicles.

El acceso es autónomo y estacionamiento grande y seguro. Está a 2 km del Bulevar principal, que es la zona céntrica. Está en una zona segura y muy tranquila.
