This is a newly renovated garage turned into a modern and beautiful studio. This space is completely private from the main house, with a private entrance and cozy patio. It can sleep 4 people, although the space would be a little tight for 4 adults. There is a king sized bed, and a sleeper sofa which can be used together as a full sized, or option to separate into 2 twins. Free Wifi, free parking, very close car ride to downtown Austin but in a quiet and safe neighborhood! Please see map!

Head out for breakfast tacos on foot, walk to Zilker Park, take a dip in the private pool or just stay inside and rest in a light-filled living space with high ceilings, hardwood floors and smart tv's. The house is just two miles from downtown in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Walk to Zilker Park, the Town Lake hike and bike trail, and great restaurants and bars on Barton Springs Road and South Lamar. All major ride-share companies operate here. This is a non-smoking and pet free home.

A short walk to restaraunts, bars, trails, paddle boarding, swimming, arts, museums, theaters, etc. High speed google fiber internet will provide a wonderful work or entertainment environment in this mid century modern home. April 2025: The neighbors in the back have started constructing a new home which creates some noise. Please take this into account when booking.
