On site drive way parking, laundry, garage with pool table, darts, & air hockey. Several activities inside and out. Fire pit, outdoor seating and lounge chairs. On beautiful Pretty Lake, 11 miles from Culver, 25 Miles from University of ND. 18 hole public golf course on the west end of PL. 3 twin beds and 2 queen size beds in the bedrooms. A queen size sofa sleeper located in tv room. A new dishwasher, furnace and window air conditioners for the summer months. A kayak, 4 paddle boards, and a paddle boat are available to you. Dogs are welcome, max. 2, with a great yard to run and play. Due to liability, the speed boat and golf cart are not available.

This house is located just down the road from the town park and walking distance to the riverside rentals. Please be aware you are not in a big city, some resources will be limited.
