The Studio @ Cliff Lodge

The Studio is a self-contained space with a private entrance in the basement of our family home, a 10-min stroll from Bath train station and city centre. It has recently been completely refurbished. The open plan living/bedroom has a double bed, sofa, TV, wifi. There’s a shower room and small kitchen. It’s a cosy space most suited to those under 6 ft! There’s a local shop, cafe and pub 2 mins away (great food). As it is below our kitchen and we have young children expect noise from around 7am.

Peaceful self-contained annex attached to owner's property. Easy strolling distance to The Kennet & Avon Canal, River Avon, open fields and Bradford-on-Avon town centre and all the amenities that the town offers. The accommodation provides a spacious wet room and and bed-sitting room which has a kitchenette area (2-ring induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc). There is a smart TV and free wifi. Access is via private entrance into courtyard area. Easy on-street parking adjacent.

A Lovely spacious 1 bed Apartment with Patio

A lovely private annex in a village location, 1 bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with walk in shower, living room/kitchenette with single electric hot plate stove, fridge, microwave, smart Tv/free sat: complimentary tea/coffee-cornflakes with either porridge or muesli.There is a small patio and parking for 1 car. This is a self-contained 'guest wing' (with private entrance) as an annex to our own home with one double bedroom (king-size bed), open plan sitting room and dining area, bathroom 'wet room', full kitchen and balcony overlooking the garden. Located on the edge of the city overlooking beautiful countryside but just 20 minutes from the centre via nearby bus stop. Free street parking outside or close by. No kitchen but microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge & crockery provide for simple catering. There’s also WiFi and a smart TV. The Den adjoins the main house via a locked door. Relax in the lovely garden when the weather allows.

The Bath Bothy

It is in walking distance from Bath University and American Museum.
