This is an open plan studio space (20m2 for the main living space) with an en suite shower room. 2 minute walk to bus stop. 15 minute bus ride to Bath city centre. Local pubs serving food within a short walk On street parking close by. The property is a short 2-minute walk to the bus stop, and a 15-minute bus ride into Bath city center. Two pubs are a short walk away one with an Indian restaurant, there is also a fish and chip restaurant. 3 pubs serving food overlooking the river are a 10-minute walk away, Frequent bus service into Bath city centre. Free on street parking available close by In Batheaston High Street or the village car park which has free 3 hour parking during the day and free overnight parking. The house is situated between two picturesque villages of Batheaston and Bathford on the eastern outskirts of Bath. It is in the perfect location to explore the stunning City of Bath. And enjoy wonderful local walks in the surrounding countryside which is within the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Bath is only a 10-15min drive. The Garden Flat, quiet & entirely separate. Bath

The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

Converted Barn, rural setting, on the edge of bath

Bailbrook lane, has a rural feel and yet is right on the edge of the World Heritage site of Bath on the southern slopes of Solosbury Hill. The Barn is a traditional stone built, recently, sympathetically converted grain store. It has its own entrance , parking and private paved outdoor yard space to sit out in and other than handing the key over and giving it back, barring any help and advice guests might need, you will be left to your own devices!

Pretty little studio and patio garden in Victorian house. Fifteen minute flat walk to the centre. We're close to lovely restaurants and cafes, with direct access to gorgeous country walks, the River Avon and the Kennet and Avon canal tow path. On arrival you'll find fresh milk, coffee and a range of teas and biscuits. We don't serve breakfast or have a kitchen, but there are some great cafés nearby and a supermarket a minute's walk away.
