Le Petit Ruisseau, lovely comfortable holiday home

Situated in a small hamlet just outside the historic town of Domfront in the Normandy countryside this lovely holiday home consists of a large kitchen diner with fireplace and a lounge with a fireplace with wood burner on the ground floor. On the first floor are two light and airy en-suite double bedrooms, one has bunk beds. All rooms have views of the large garden that surrounds the property with several seating areas and a graveled terrace for outside dining. Plunge pool available in summer.

Le + hivernal : Un salon très cocooning avec son poêle à bois pour prendre un goûter au coin du feu, regarder un film en fin de journée ou jouer à des jeux de société avec les enfants.

The house is a traditional Normandy longhouse, made of granite, wood and tile. There are 185 square meters of indoor space. The farmhouse has been sensitively restored using traditional materials. La Pichardiere sits in the heart of the Normandy countryside far away from busy traffic in a secluded two acre garden set in a corner of a regional park (equivalent to a National Park in UK) -- It is a place to escape from city life! I love its peacefulness and the presence of the natural world.

Le cottage du Coudray est un gite de charme avec sauna au coeur du bocage normand. Situé dans l'Orne, à proximité du village de Camembert, cette maison chaleureuse est typiquement normande, mélangeant briques et colombages. Totalement indépendante, elle est au centre d'un environnement préservé : un jardin de 2000 m² et des pâturages à perte de vue. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The large living room comprising of lounge, kitchen and dinning areas with access to the patio for outdoor dining. On the ground floor, down a step there is also a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Upstairs off a large landing there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a large family room with a double bed and bunk beds with an en-suite bathroom. All rooms have views of the large gardens and countryside beyond.

Welcome to Gite Des Roses, set within a 300 year old farmhouse surrounded by the Normandy countryside. Myself, my husband, our dog, cat and 5 free range chickens love it here. One dog allowed per stay. 2 on request. Dogs to be kept on a lead in garden. Our private one bedroom Gite has been fully renovated to a high spec in 2022 and is ideal for couples wanting a relaxing holiday yet only a 5 minutes drive to the nearest town with all amenities. Upon entering The Cottage you will find the fully equipped Kitchen, W.C. and the Lounge/Diner with stunning views of the River. Upstairs you will find a Bathroom, Master Bedroom and a Twin Bedroom, both having uninterupted views of the River.

Beautiful Converted Bread Oven

Le Vieux Fournil still has the original bread oven opening into the living space in this wonderfully quirky building. The kitchen and bathroom are housed in the original woodstore and pig sty and the bedroom is converted in the hayloft. The house is 2 km’s from the historic town of Lassay-les-Châteaux with its fortified medieval chateau., winding streets and gardens.
