A conservatory off the lounge leads to a utility room with downstairs toilet and a south facing patio area. Off-road parking included.

It is located on the same spacious site as the owners house in the picturesque, south Norfolk village of Saxlingham Nethergate. A unique space in a detached timber building arranged as a "Cabinet of Curiosities" (BEWARE Some are quite scary). The space is heated by a wood burner. There is a sleeping loft with double mattress, It has WIFI. pool, sauna and hot tub. An adjacent building contains a shower room/toilet and small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle.
