Beautiful Apartment Connected to an Art Gallery

This stunning minimalist-inspired home adds its own artistic flair to the decor by placing bold and exciting art pieces throughout every room. With hardwood floors and black and white fixtures, each space has an elegant charm and character. The gallery and apartment is owned by an artist, who designed the space to show his work. Guests will have access to the whole gallery, but for rent is only the private apartment adherent to the gallery, including a small kitchen, a combined living sleeping area with a loft style bathtub and attached separate bathroom with shower. The other sleeping area can be separated by movable walls and has an extra bathroom with shower and toilet as well. Guests also have access to the back yard until 10 pm. Our aim is, to welcome all our guests personally and show them around and help them getting started in Berlin. Since we are also living in Berlin we are happy to help if any difficulties occur during the stay. It's Mitte, means closed to all cultural attractions, shopping and nightlife, but still quiet and you don't feel like living in a "bar". I like to call it the "new quiet Mitte" since recently a lot of luxury apartment buildings were constructed next to existing architecture, so it's for Mitte a pretty quiet neighbourhood, but Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstraße are all within easy walking distance (10min) Subway station (U-Bhf) Spittelmarkt 2 min walk. Several busses 3 min walk at Leipziger Str. Walking distance to Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz and Friedrichstraße about 10 min. You can only access your apartment through the gallery, which may be gently used by the artist. Your apartment is private and will during your stay not be accessed by us. Mitte neighborhood is within walking distance to many of the city's iconic locations such as Checkpoint Charlie with superb shopping, dining, and nightlife nearby as well. Wir lieben Kontraste - Im Schloss Lanke vermieten wir im Dachgeschoss ein großzügiges 100 qm großes Loft. Ein Schloss-Loft. Außen französische Neorenaissance, Innen dezenter Minimalismus. Urbaner Wohnkomfort trifft die üppige Natur des Naturparks Barnim. Beide zusammen schaffen den perfekten Rahmen für Ruhe, Entspannung und Entschleunigung. Im Schloss Lanke befinden sich neben Ferienwohnungen die Wohnungen der Eigentümer sowie Büroflächen im Erdgeschoss. Wir respektieren unsere Privatsphären.

Alte Bäckerei im Fischerkietz

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ehemaligen Bäckerei im historischen Fischerkietz. Der Straßenzug erinnert mit seinen denkmalgeschützen Häusern an eine Dorfstraße aus der Jahrhundertwende. Die Schlossinsel wie auch die Altstadt mit allen Annehmlichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Im Sommer kann man im Flußbad oder im Müggelsee schwimmen. Der Flughafen BER ist in 45 min mit Bus (162/164) und S-Bahn (45/9) erreichbar. Wer Städtetrip und Entspannung verbinden möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Unsere Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Flughafen Berlin-Brandenburg. Zur Tesla Gigafactory sind es ca. 20 Autominuten (16 km). Tolle Aussicht auf den See mit unmittelbarer Waldnähe. Unsere Unterkunft ist gut geeignet für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern). Die Wohnfläche beträgt 130 qm. 1 km zum nächsten Supermarkt und ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW zum Zentrum Berlins. Gute Anbindung mit der BVG. Man erreicht das Zentrum in ca. 45 min. mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Wir heißen Sie herzlich willkommen in unserer Wohnung (Zweifamilienhaus) in Hoppegarten bei Berlin, welche sehr modern, stilvoll, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe und Blick für das Detail eingerichtet wurde. Für Ihren entspannten Urlaub bzw. geschäftlichen Aufenthalt stehen Ihnen 100 qm zur Alleinnutzung zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung befindet sich nur 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß von der S-Bahn S 5 sowie REWE und DM entfernt. Sie sind in 25 Minuten, ohne umsteigen, in der City. Die S-Bahn fährt 24/7.

Die Unterkunft liegt am wunderschönen Teupitzer See, der sich zum Baden und aller Art Wassersport eignet. Das Haus ist neu erbaut worden und verfügt über allerhand moderner Gadgets die das Wohnen äußerst komfortabel machen. Die Inneneinrichtung wurde dem Apartment am See hell und zeitgemäß angepasst. Ein Kingsize-Boxspringbett lädt ein, einen aktiven Tag in der Brandenburger Natur gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen. Außerdem erwarten unsere Gäste köstliche Teesorten und Nespresso Kaffee.

Urlaub im Holzhaus

Unser Holzhaus befindet sich inmitten einer ausgedehnten Seenlandschaft vor den Toren Berlins. Der Storkower See ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Hier können Sie sich im Strandbad weiter entspannen und das Wasser genießen. Das Stadtzentrum von Storkow, welches Sie in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichen, bietet Ihnen eine sehenswerte Altstadt, Restaurants, Geschäfte und eine mittelalterliche Burg. in der Nähe gibt es 3x 18 Loch Golfplätze.
