Court Farm Cottage 'Elsewhere'

Absolute and Elsewhere are two adjoining cottages created from a recently restored Grade 2 listed farm building on the edge of the tiny hamlet of Lullington. There are 24 houses, a 12th century church, no street lights and footpaths through open countryside in every direction. The village adjoins the Orchardleigh Estate - a popular wedding venue, 3 miles from the market town of Frome and 12 miles from the cultural centre of Bath. We are lucky to have lovely forest walks or cycling nearby ,great country pubs and the local town of Frome with its quirky shops & markets. The accommodation is modern with lovely views over the pony paddocks. A second coachhouse is also available to book which sleeps an extra 4 guests if required.

The Old School House

The accommodation is in an old Victorian School House, built in 1847. Originally, boys and girls entered through different doors and sat at separate desks. although probably huddling closely together around the fire in the cold winters. Today the building is divided between a spacious, comfortable home and a pottery. Many historic features are still visible. You're very welcome to visit the pottery and have a pottery experience.

Smithy at Blatchbridge

From the foundation of a blacksmith the smithy is a 2 bedroom house. With double height spaces in the living area and the downstairs bedroom. The downstairs bedroom has an en-suite shower room and walk in wardrobe. Upstairs there is a bathroom with bath and another double bedroom. It is very close to Longleat, Nunney Castle and the neighbouring town of Frome along with the city of Bath is a half hour drive away.
