Our property is located in a gated area & is fully equipped on 18 acres for your short/long term stay- ATV trail riding, hiking, kayaking, fishing, wildlife watching on our acreage (see boundary map). Located between the Kiamichi River (access on property) & Simmons Mountains. Ride-in access to national forest trails in the area. Reliable Starlink internet on site!

Adorable Carriage House with amazing views!

Welcome to our little piece of paradise. Our carriage house is upstairs and has amazing views. One bedroom with a King bed is located on the main floor with a deck off the bedroom. The main bathroom has a jacuzzi tub/shower combo. Flat screen TV with Xbox 1. The other two bedrooms are located in the open lofts. They have to be accessed by the ladder/stairs in the pictures. You will have access to our private pond and as much fishing as you would like. We also have kayaks you are welcome to use.

Whether it's family fun, or peace and relaxation you desire, this is quiet seclusion, only 3 miles to town, 10 miles to ATV trails. Large game room with ping pong, foosball, air hockey, and basketball game. Another room that was a garage is now a theater room with a pool table and plenty of seating. The projector there displays a huge ultra high definition display screen and sounds great 4 bedrooms, plus pullout couch in theater room. 2 acres with fire pit, picnic tables, lots of parking.

Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, fresh linens, and bath items. Can sleep 7, although it's most comfortable for a family of 4. There will be an extra fee per person. The cleaning for 6-7 people is $50, even for a short-term stay. pets are allowed for a $10 per trip, PER PET fee.
