Built in 1922, the house is in the Evergreen Historic District in Midtown Memphis. It has a private living room with a gas fireplace, bedroom, en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub large enough for a soak, wraparound porch, 10' ceilings, original woodwork and oak floors, 4 French doors, glass-front bookcase, large set of windows, and the world’s most comfortable king-size bed (really). A comfortable trundle bed is also available for the living room, and there's an ashtray out on the porch.
Cozy and quiet private, guest studio apartment located in a turn-of-the-century historic neighborhood in the heart of Memphis minutes away from all the best the city has to offer. Sleeps up to 4 people—a queen bed, queen 22 inch tall air mattress, and comfy couch. Also includes a new bathroom. As hosts, we will leave you to have a great stay in our fine city; however, if you would like to, come hang out in the backyard with our family.
Quiet and cozy arts and crafts bungalow in a very safe, historic neighborhood walking distance to theaters and restaurants in Overton Square and Starbucks is a block away. Easy Uber/Lyft to Beale Street, Sun Studio, Stax Museum, Redbirds Stadium, Cooper/Young arts/entertainment area and downtown. There is a shy, somewhat antisocial, but very sweet greyhound who lives in the house with me and my partner, John. We welcome all humans here.
