Alsook op 35 minuten rijden naar Brussels Airport. Nieuwbouw gelijkvloers appartement met alle comfort: inkom, apart wc, slaapkamer met kasten. Volledig uitgeruste keuken (echter geen diepvries). This studio is located not far from Antwerp. Tram, train and bus is close by and connects you to Antwerp or Lier. The neighborhood is very quiet. It is also close by many facilities. Mortsel has it's own city center with shops, but besides there is also a lot of nature around where you can have a walk. There are many possibilities. We have a separate bedroom for 2 persons and in the living room we have the possibility to turn the sofa into 2 extra beds.

Het pand is gelegen in een rustige omgeving en toch maar 20' autorijden naar Antwerpen en 12' naar Lier. De hangmattentuin wil u graag laten rusten en bij winderig of koud weer kan je in de veranda Genieten. Op de ene hoek van de straat begint Ranst bos met fietsknooppunt "77", langs de andere kant is de supermarkt op 300 meter.
