Die Unterkunft Willkommen am Niederrhein! Willkommen in Nettetal! Im Stadtteil Hinsbeck gelegen, fühlen Sie sich bei uns in familiärer Atmosphäre in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet wie Zuhause. Ihre Umgebung: Nur wenige Kilometer von der niederländischen Grenze entfernt liegt Nettetal mit dem Stadtteil Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck und das benachbarte Leuth bilden aus Nettetal einen staatlich anerkannten Erholungsort. Es ist das Herzstück des Internationalen Naturparks Maas-Schwalm-Nette. Es erwartet Sie eine typisch niederrheinische Landschaft mit 12 Seen, 70 km Rad- und 145 km Wanderweg. In liebevoll gepflegten Naturschutzeinrichtungen kann die landschaftstypische, ursprüngliche Flora und Fauna bestaunt werden. Supermarkt und Bäckerei sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Autobahn 61 ist in ca. 8 km erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Kaldenkirchen ist ca. 7 km entfernt. Von dort aus gelangen Sie direkt über die niederländische Grenze nach Venlo und ebenso in die andere Richtung auf direktem Weg nach Düsseldorf. Ihr Zuhause: Die 1. Etage unseres Einfamilienhauses ist für den Zeitraum Ihres Aufenthaltes Ihre persönliche Wohlfühloase. Seit Sommer 2001 empfangen wir mit Freude unsere Gäste, die von der Familie mit Kindern, über Naturliebhaber bis hin zum Montage-Arbeiter jeden umfassen, den es nach Nettetal und Umgebung zieht. Unsere Ferienwohnung bietet auf ca. 60 m² Platz für bis zu 4 Personen in 2 getrennten Doppelzimmern. Ausstattung: 2 Wohnschlafräume, Wohnküche, Bad/Dusche, Kabel-TV, Radio, Internet/W-LAN, Mikrowelle, Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive, kinderfreundlich, Nichtraucherwohnung, abschließbare Fahrradunterstellmöglichkeit, Gartennutzung, Grill, großer kostenfreier Parkplatz gegenüber dem Haus; Familien mit Kindern sind ebenso gern gesehene Gäste wie Ihr Haustier. Gastvrij genieten, dat is ons motto. U bent welkom in onze luxe, zeer complete B&B: 'Tussen Broek en Duin'. Onlangs vernieuwd met airco en nieuwe harde vloeren. Wij maken zeer goed schoon. Bij een boeking vanaf 2 volwassenen heeft u privégebruik van twee kamers met eigen badkamer en apart toilet. Heel kindvriendelijk. Geniet ook van onze tuin. Uitzondering: boekt u voor 1 persoon dan heeft u een privékamer met TV, koelkast, magnetron. Maar heel misschien moet u badkamer en apart toilet delen.

Centraal gelegen accommodatie. Er is een aparte ingang en via de trap kom je in alle ruimtes.Een nieuw ingerichte keuken met allerlei voorzieningen en aansluitend de zitruimte met TV en WiFi. Er is een aparte slaapkamer, een badkamer met douche en ligbad en een aparte wc. Het verblijf is centraal gelegen met op loopafstand een supermarkt, ontbijtgelegenheden, restaurant. Er zijn er diverse wandelroutes en fietsroutes, fietsen door de bomen en in het water. Fietsen kunnen in een gesloten ruimte.

In 2020 completely renovated 60m² apartment, located in the middle of Eindhoven Centre. All the shops, museums, restaurants, bars and famous spots are just within a short walking-distance. It's designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible, all while being Eco-Friendly; sustainable products are used and for each booking we plant a tree via Trees for All. The apartment has a spacious bedroom with a private terrace and the living area features a sofa-bed, to accommodate up to 4 people.

Met een eigen ingang, volledige privacy en een volledig uitgeruste keuken bieden we een warm, huiselijk verblijf. Parkeren kan betaald voor de deur, buiten de ring gratis. Voel je welkom, ontspan en geniet van alles wat Eindhoven te bieden heeft. We doen alles om je verblijf bijzonder en comfortabel te maken!

Volledig gerenoveerd appartement midden in hartje Nijmegen! Dit monumentale pand is gelegen aan de oudste winkelstraat van Nederland, en door het houten skelet proef je de authentieke sfeer. Voor de deur is een verkeersvrije zone, dus er geen overlast van voorbijrazend verkeer. Alles wat je nodig hebt, vind je letterlijk in de straat: winkels, restaurants, supermarkt (tegenover het appartement), goede sfeer, gezellige mensen, vermaak en openbaar vervoer. We verwelkomen je graag, tot snel!

Cosy B&B with garden view (private unit).

Our B&B is situated in a private unit in our peaceful backyard. We've always loved (re)building and decorating and love being able to share this passion with our guests through our homely B&B. You'll find all facilities (private bathroom, kitchinette, upstairs bedroom) and can open the French doors to enjoy the (shared) garden. Don't forget to light up one of the (gas)fireplaces (indoor&out), lovely for quiet nights. BREAKFAST IS POSSIBLE AT EXTRA COSTS. Questions? Just let us know...

Very spacious apartment in the basement for 2 to 4 p. A private covered outdoor area (Serre) located directly on the lake with a jetty and magnificent view. Swimming and water sports are plenty possible. The lake is located in a nature reserve where cycling and hiking trails are not lacking. Would you like to shop or sniff culture, Den Bosch, Venlo and Nijmegen are just around the corner. The apartment is fully furnished. Coffee/tea facilities included.

Het onlangs gerenoveerde appartement is gelegen in de gezellige wijk Bottendaal met terrasjes en cafés in overvloed. Het is op loopafstand van het centraal station, stadscentrum en de Radboud universiteit en ziekenhuis. Ook parkeren is geen probleem. De straat is rustig en groen. In het appartement vindt u allerlei apparatuur zoals een wasmachine, vaatwasser, koelkast/vriezer, oven en magnetron. Het appartement heeft een eigen opgang en balkon.

In unserer liebevoll hergerichteten Ferienwohnung in unserem aufwändig sanierten Bauernhaus ist genügend Platz für euch! Ob ihr einfach nur mal raus ins Grüne wollt. Ein gemütliches Fahrradwochenende mit Exkurs ins Nachbarland oder Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie. Grillen auf der Obstwiese. Alles kann. Nichts muss! Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss an einer Straße, mit einem Fahrradweg. Man ist von hier aus in ca. 3,5 km in der Gocher Innenstadt.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a completely renovated and well-kept townhouse build in 1921. All privately yours. The apartment is located opposite a cosy and lively town square with several restaurants. The health, safety and well-being of my guests is a top priority.

Within a 300-meter radius there are more than hundred free parking spaces, several stores, fast food bars and two bus stops. The train station and the city center are about a 25-30 minutes walking distance, 15 minutes by bus and 12 minutes by bike.
