Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. Appartement au bord du lac Léman, de petite taille mais tout refait a neuf, avec une piscine privée de l'immeuble, un parking privé pour une voiture, une plage privée au bord du lac, par contre il est nécessaire d'avoir un véhicule pour se déplacer, notamment pour aller en Suisse ( assez éloigné de l'aéroport de Genève ou de la ville de Lausanne, avec des bouchons fréquents). Les déplacements en transport en commun sont compliqués et peu développés.
