The apartment in the lower level of the home has recently been renovated, with a walk-out private entrance, a full kitchen & dining area, full bath, bedroom and a cozy living space. Situated just 35 minutes from downtown St Louis, in the safe and affluent community of Edwardsville, this property sits in a quiet cul de sac on a wooded lot right in the heart of the city. The Spillway Cabins are new construction with new everything! Our little slice of heaven is yours to explore and enjoy. Each cabin(west and east) have 2 br/2bth, hot tub, gas grill, Starlink internet, large flatscreen TV’s, fully stocked kitchen, and fire pits! From the south side of the cabins you will find a pathway that will take you through our 7 acres of woods and down to a lakeside pergola that has comfortable outdoor furniture, a bar, and view of our beloved Centralia Lake and spillway.

Located on beautiful Lake Centralia, Turtle Cove offers a relaxing lakefront experience, perfect for a couple's getaway or hosting families. If you need a quiet stay nestled in nature or fun on the water, you can’t go wrong with Turtle Cove! *Over 2 guests, we require an additional $12/person per night. **Dogs -flat $50 fee. We kindly ask for pets to stay off furniture / beds & dispose of dog waste from yard. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning fee. ***No parties allowed.

Originally used as a place to store a horse-drawn carriage, this delightful building has been completely refurbished with everything you need for a clean and comfortable stay, including endless hot water, vinyl plank flooring, front porch, laundry, and eat-in kitchen. The bedroom has a queen bed, comfy recliner, and Roku-enabled TV. Please notify me if you are bringing any pets. I want to know dog breed and age.

Not suitable for work groups. Our Victorian doll house is Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, it maintains its original features yet is updated with modern conveniences.
