Breezeway Guest House - Franklin, TN

Secluded, serene and private, the Guest House is a 2-story cottage that is attached to the main house through a breezeway. Downstairs are complete living quarters and a full bath, and upstairs is a spacious loft bedroom with two queen beds. The Guest House has a separate driveway, entrance and HVAC. Meant to look like an addition to the original farmhouse on the property, both were custom built in 2002 and have been featured in The Tennessean newspaper for their unique architecture and design.

Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. Keyless entry, Wi-Fi, and plenty of privacy. More affordable and spacious than 2 hotel rooms. We encourage you to compare our reviews to local hotels. Relax on the private patio with pretty views of the countryside. See local wildlife, such as deer, fox and turkey. The Perch is conveniently located less than 4 min to I-65.

Enjoy historic downtown Franklin with a 6 block walk from the guest house to the 5 points center of downtown Franklin. Our guest house is a spacious 681 sq. ft. house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, eating area, full kitchen, stackable washer & dryer, separate private entrance and one outdoor parking space next to the guest house and additional parking located on the street. The guest house is over the detached garage completely separate from the main house for the utmost privacy.

A perfect home base for exploring Nashville and the surrounding areas, situated in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood. The space is the lower level of our house that I've lovingly updated a couple years ago to host friends and family. We're now extending that hospitality to future friends and travelers! With the lower level and its private entrance all to yourself, you will be able to start and end your day with peace and quiet.

This is a full basement w/private entrance and private space. We live on the top two floors. A quiet neighborhood on a dead-end street. Queen size bed in bedroom, sofa bed queen and a futon with a double on the bottom and a twin on the top. There is no kitchen but access to a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and utensils.
