This unique property is a 16th century canal house. With private entrance and exclusive use of two whole floors. The owner lives on the bottom two floors of the house, so is always close-by to assist and help out with tips and recommendations. It also means no-party policy is strictly observed. The seating lounge area is warm and cozy, and has awesome views of the most beautiful canal of Amsterdam. Een heerlijk appartement in een rustige winkelstraat. Gelegen in het hart van de Utrechtse binnenstad, om de hoek van de gezellige Mariaplaats. Het appartement biedt je een heerlijk bed, gezellige zithoek en schone badkamer. Het bed is met 1.60m lekker groot en we hebben kussens in twee diktes. De kamer is goed te verduisteren en heeft een dakraam bij het bed dat open kan. Koffie, thee en een gevulde minibar staan tot je beschikking tijdens je verblijf.

To enjoy Amsterdam while staying on a floating houseboat, will surely be something hard to forget! The location of the houseboat is quiet, visually spacious thanks to the harbor and river, but it's also very Central. Amsterdam Central Station is 13 to 15 minutes walking or (4 min by bus). Also the famous "Jordaan" area is right on walking distance. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the boat.and yes you have your own shower and toilet
