Unwind in a restored log cabin just for two with special comforts and seclusion, perched amidst oak trees, with a detached screened porch/fireplace. There is ONLY ONE guest cabin on 26 acres with our Lake Travis shoreline in the distance. A pastoral sunrise view of deer across the field begins the day. Central A/C, smart tv, clawfoot tub/shower, cotton bedding, duvet and robes. Propane grill. See the night sky, Wildlife/flowers, birding, stars-all yours. We opened Chanticleer Log Cabin in 1996!

Pelicans share your fishing territory with herons, turtles, geese and hawks. Nearby attractions include Longhorn Caverns and Inks Lake SP alsoEnchanted Rock. Several wineries are nearby with tastings and tours. Many restaurants on the water. Canoe, SUP, floats, & fishing gear provided, you bring the bait!

Immerse yourself in ranch life at this unique and tranquil getaway in our Boho Bunk house! The Bunkhouse includes a coffee bar complete with coffee maker & mini fridge, full bath w/ corner shower, & queen sized bed. The bunk house is nestled among majestic oaks on a small livestock ranch in the heart of the Hill Country. Come escape the craziness of the city and hang with the other ranch residents: Bud & Sissy the Donkeys, Dune Bug & Doc the horses and Roman & Claudia the floppy eared goats.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary - a quiet, peaceful setting with a bird sanctuary right behind the unit observed from the kitchen window. Relax on the deck in the evenings watching the beautiful sunset, star filled skies at night, the donkeys and chickens corralled in the distance, and the goldfish swim in the Lilypad pond just off to the side. Our Rustler's Crossing Cabin is nestled in the woods amongst large oak trees. If your looking for a very private secluded stay, this is for you! Parking is 130 feet from cabin. Plenty of room to park your trailers if you are mountain biking or boating. You can enjoy the porch all night if you like howling at the moon and stars. Enjoy the goats, Don Juan is the main man, Pedro is the chief rabbit. Cabin is equipped with full size refrigerator, large country sink and a two burner stove.

Bait House, a Rustic Tiny House

Down the road from the lake the "Bait House", decorated with a charming fishing theme, is a story of it's own. A one of a kind tiny house, rustic, yet comfy and cozy with a unique outdoor shower. Step out the door and into a hot shower. For extra FUN also rent our bunkhouse or an RV site The property has LOTS of space outdoors, BBQ grill, lighted entertainment and kid play area, plenty of chairs and tables for enjoying the fantastic sunsets, nature, firepit, pet friendly too.

Rustic cedar cabins will great amenities, perfect for an anniversary, girls weekend, writing get-away, wedding night, or just about anytime you want to relax. 1 king size bed, dining table, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, large bathroom with jetting tub and rain shower head. Front porch with swing and large back porch with patio furniture. Front looks out to large open fields with regular deer, rabbit and turkey sighting. Because of our area, we have limited Wi-Fi.

Sorry, we are not children or pets friendly here, in the country and no fencing, besides other things! Guests love coming to be refreshed with the beauty and quiet garden we have worked hard to create! FYI- there are no cameras! The hot tub is a great all year round draw for relaxation after a day at the breweries/wineries/distilleries, lakes, antique stores, exhilarating hiking and unique restaurants... all within 30 minutes... come chill!
