Quiet location, ideal for a relaxing break, or focal point to meet family or friends. Situated in the remote country village of Broughton. The village boasts a popular and quaint pub, renowned for its food (The Crown Inn). The Annex is detached from the main house, Lounge/Kitchen area, Bathroom, Two ground floor Bedrooms, with a third double situated in what was a Hay Loft (not suitable for children under 14 years of age). Recently re-furbished. Ample parking on the drive for 2 to 3 cars.

Self contained garden studio at the end of long garden. Separate access from main house. Ten minutes walk from the science park and close to Cambridge North station. Situated in an idyllic quiet position overlooking our garden and field beyond, in the historic village of Thriplow. A minutes walk and you reach the award winning community run gastro pub. Only 8 miles from Cambridge, so perfect for working in the city or surrounding area - a homely alternative to a hotel.

This charming and spacious residence is located on the edge of a sleepy hamlet, 5 minutes from the pretty market town of Saffron Walden, 5 minutes from Audley End station and 25 minutes from Stansted Airport or Cambridge and Racing at Newmarket. This property is not suitable for children under the age of 10 due to very steep duckstairs or for senior guests.
