Close to main attractions, public transports and with local commerce, restaurants and bars. Located in the district of Sao Bento, just next to the parliament, it's surrounded by the districts of Bairro Alto and Principe Real, Chiado, Santa Catarina and Bica, Santos and Estrela. All this within walking distance, just depending on the direction you choose to go! At the end of the street you have the mythic tram 28 which travels around the most important areas of interest through the heart of Lisbon and can easily take you to the Castle, Alfama, Mouraria and Graça, across downtown on to the other hills of Lisbon. Estação de comboio para Lisboa e bus para Sintra a 5 minutos a pé.

The apartment is in an excellent neighborhood, close to the train station and the beach. Here it's like 1960. Extremely safe. It represents the good old Portugal. 3 minutes walk to the train station, and a road to lisbon in 35 minutes. The ocean is 3 minutes away. Wonderfull beatch. Praia das Avencas. Any special needs, i personaly ill take care.

The loft it's in city center, located in one of Lisbon's seven hills between Bairro Alto and the charming neighborhood Principe Real and Liberty Avenue, near the shopping district Chiado. Surrounded by restaurants, coffeeshops, bars, theaters, museums, art galeries and viewpoints it's also at 5 to 10 minutes walking of metro station, train stations to the Sintra and Cascais. Like almost old buildings, there is no lift and being the 3rd floor it is not advisable for people with reduced mobility.
