The stairs to the second bedroom are Santos Dumont stairs: sloping, with each step going back on the side that won't be used for the ascent). Uitzicht op de hoogste bergtoppen van Portugal (Serra da Estrela). Het chalet staat op een eigen ruime kavel, omzoomd door wijnstokken. Zon- en schaduwplekken. Quinta das Sesmarias

A Quinta das Sesmarias situa-se na periferia urbana da Vila de Alcains, sendo uma propriedade com 3,5ha que mantém as características rurais do início do século XX. A primeira construção data de 1928 e foi recuperada em 2002 sob a forma de uma moradia. O descanso e o bem-estar dos visitantes são assegurados por um ambiente tranquilo em contacto com a natureza.
