Recently refurbished, fully self-contained, one-bedroom annexe in large grounds in a beautiful, rural location at Hollybush in the foot of the Malvern Hills. The local countryside is great for walking, road or mountain biking. Within 10 minutes are the pretty market town of Ledbury, Eastnor Castle, and the wedding venue Birtsmorton Court. Great Malvern and the Three Counties Show-ground are 20 minutes and Cheltenham - home of the Gold Cup and literature and jazz festivals - is around 30 minutes.

A large comfortable and homely cottage set at the foot of the Malvern Hills in a village location. The cottage has a large vaulted ceiling living room with a grand inglenook fireplace, complete with wood burning stove. The kitchen has plenty of space to enjoy cooking and eating. The cottage has it's own private courtyard with seating. There is a SSI wild flower meadow known for its tiny native daffodils nearby. Beyond that a shady zigzag leads to the ridge of the Hills, with views on all sides; from the Cotswolds to the Welsh mountains. They say on a clear day you can see fourteen counties.

Second tv in the twin bedroom. We do not do same day turnarounds to enable enhanced thorough cleaning.

It is light, spacious with large windows and doors to the patio. Original beams enhance it's character. 3 Good Food Pubs are within 1 mile. It is 20 minutes drive from M5 and 8 minutes from M50. Three Counties Showground hosting events all year is 15 minutes whilst medieval Tewkesbury, Ledbury market town and Malvern are 20 minutes drive.
