Upstairs: large bedroom with en-suite shower and small twin bedroom. (Guests using the twin room will need to access the shower room via the main bedroom).The Annexe also consists of a private and quiet courtyard garden. To keep your costs as low as possible, we do not charge a cleaning fee. Parking onsite.

Close to Chichester, Goodwood, Fontwell, Bognor, Arundel and Littlehampton Finders Nook, is located in a new development in Eastergate village and is in close proximity to major venues and sites for the arts, entertainment, sport and historical interest. The beaches at Pagham, Selsey, Felpham and Middleton, are a short drive away, whilst slightly further west you will find the popular West and East Wittering beaches. The hand-built, eco-friendly wood cabin is in the shaded, far corner of the 1 acre plot, facing south towards downland, across fields and a small pond where water birds gather. It provides a perfect retreat for writers or artists.

Located within walking distance of Chichester town centre near the train station and a short drive to Goodwood, Chichester Marina and West Wittering Beach. The cabin has private access through our garden and we also provide free parking on our driveway.
