This self contained studio was an old garage, now with all you need for a short stay in the Essex countryside or a tube ride into central London it’s an ideal location. East London has so much to offer and your stay here comes with your own parking and a very unique and quirky place to relax and kick back. Self contained modern annexe with private patio and own entrance near central line tube station in a very calm green area near epping forest. Easy commute to central London or 30min car drive to Stansted airport, great location to explore London and come back to relax in the evening. Epping forest and Roding Valley Meadows nearby for a nice walk. Loughton high street restaurants and boutique shops just within short walk.

A peaceful and tranquil location with exceptional transport links into central London and surrounding areas. South Mimms, M25 junction 23 and A1, 5 minutes drive. Northern line underground station, (High Barnet) 1 mile away. Bus terminal at Barnet General Hospital is a three minute stroll. The annex comes with one private parking space and has its own entrance at the side of the main house.
