Set in the beautiful rural village of Peasemore, 6 miles from Newbury & just a 30 minute drive to Oxford or Marlborough.

Prince's Forge is a newly converted cottage with its own private parking and courtyard garden, located on the edge of the downland village of Peasemore. It is situated on a quiet country lane, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), and has views across the neighbouring fields. It is within easy reach of the A34 and M4, and the local market towns of Newbury, Wantage and Hungerford. The nearest pub for good food and a drink is a short walk away and the local farm shop is close by.

Badgers Bothy is set within a woodland glade in the grounds of the 16th century Amberley Farmhouse and provides the most unique and charming country escape. Our idyllic cottage is set on the edge of Minchinhampton Common (located in an AONB) and with miles of footpaths which are perfect for those wishing to explore the Cotswolds. This beautiful cottage exudes an aura of peace and tranquillity and a haven for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of a busy life.

The Annexe at the Coppice - Self contained

Shalbourne is a beautiful village about 3 miles from Hungerford and 8 miles from Marlborough and in an area of outstanding natural beauty. We have a friendly village pub which has a large and varied menu and a village shop which serves delicious fresh coffee and pastries. The Annexe is a comfortable twin-bedded studio set in our 2 acre garden which has far reaching views over the surrounding countryside. There are great walks and cycle rides from our front door.

The Pigsty

Escape to a tranquil rural setting in the heart of the Hampshire countryside and in the shadow of Watership Down. Beautiful self-contained accommodation surrounded by gardens in a historic village with easy access to a multitude of walks and local amenities. Symonds Barn is a spacious converted barn set in the middle of Childrey, a village on the edge of the Ridgeway, only 15 miles from Oxford. Choose between enjoying an escape to the countryside, with delicious meals in one of the many local cafes and pubs and walks through some really beautiful countryside (it’s a 5 minute drive onto the Ridgeway), or take advantage of the nearby shopping and culture in Oxford, Marlborough, Hungerford or Burford.
