100+ years old, this charming little river cabin is the perfect place to relax by the wood stove and getaway from it all. The tiny town of Metaline has incredible views in every direction. We provide all the necessities, just bring your crew and a sense of adventure. Hiking, biking, boating, wildlife viewing and fishing are all just steps away. Explore the nearby town of Metaline Falls where you can walk along old rail lines and see the architectural remnants of the area’s mining history.

The Hidden Moose Lodge is the ideal destination for any guests looking for a place to stay in Northern Pend Oreille County. Located down a private access road, this charming cabin nestled in the woods (NOT on the River) is the perfect retreat for all seasons! We are located next to the Selkirk Loop trails, oxbow swimming hole and a 2 minute drive from the regional airport and Selkirk College. This quiet area is surround by poplar trees and has a whole area near the river to explore, all within steps of the cabin.
