House with 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, big kitchen with dining-room, living-room and terrace with sofa. Very well decorated and well equiped (television, video, microwaves, washing machine, dry-machine, dishwasher, full equiped, bed clothes, towells etc). Three floors. The house is very cosy and new. From the 23th of June you can enjoy the "Jaleo" o "Sant Joan", the famouse horses party and you can see it from the house. The house is in the best possible location if you want to stay in the centre of the city. Traffic is not allowed in the street. The area is very familiar and menorquin people.
