The house is completely surrounded by both native vegetation and seasonal fruit trees. There is nothing you need to do but relax and enjoy your time here!

Our home is warm, welcoming, full of character, and a great place to enjoy a care-free and relaxed holiday. Aircon+Heating helps keep the house comfortable! Kids/dog friendly, 3 bedrooms, pool, lawns and a short 10min stroll to beach, restaurants, and shops. Our wraparound deck captures sunlight from dusk to dawn, and a nature reserve at the back provides peaceful views. Our home is Located in Peregian Beach and only a short stroll from Peregian Village and the patrolled beach. Our home has an open plan design throughout with views of the hinterland and coast line. The first level has living, dining, kitchen, study nook, and an outdoor deck area that overlooks the pool, 2 generous bedrooms and a bathroom. Up the stairs the master bedroom has a king bed, large bathroom including a luxurious bath and amazing views of the ocean and hinterland for miles.

Fully equipped with all luxury modern conveniences, and with the whole family in mind, you can relax by the pool, by the fire pit, in our outdoor bath, observatory deck, or slide down the double corkscrew slide, or simply enjoy the beach views from the deck. Please note this is a family house and not suitable for groups of 12 adults (maximum of 8 adults & 4 children).

When we say beachfront, we mean right-on-the-dunes, waves-lulling-you-to-sleep, next-stop-sand, absolute beachfront. Check the surf from your own deck, then step out the gate and have your feet in the sand seconds later with a direct path onto the beach. When it's time to relax, there's a pool and plenty of comfy places to kick back with a drink. And of course, a fully equipped kitchen and living areas, fun beach vibes and plenty of room for everyone, all just 5 min to Coolum.

Located in a small beach community with great cafe's and the beautiful quiet Mudjimba beach only 200 metres walk away.. Dog friendly with a fully fenced yard and kid friendly with toys etc included.. Great for a quick weekend to relax or perfect for a good long family holiday..

The home is in a quiet suburb so please be respectful of keeping noise down after 10pm. I live downstairs so please be aware this is not a house for partying.

Spacious architecturally design beach house close to everything! Walking distance to beach ,cafes & supermarket. The house is open plan and has perfect north facing orientation. There is aircon in master / lounge but sea breeze makes this redundant.
