The outside of the property boasts a beautiful pond and dock to have a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. To enjoy the outside on those chilly nights we have a fire pit with outdoor sitting.

Perched on the side of a cliff with spectacular views of the mountains of the Cumberland Plateau and Sequatchie Valley, Cliffside is a unique contemporary Scandinavian-style property. An elevated camping cabin that sits on a cliff edge with commanding views of beautiful Byrd Creek. The platform is approximately 450 square feet with power, mini fridge and Bluetooth speaker. It does not have a kitchen or bathroom. There is a large common area with a bathhouse and outdoor kitchen less than a minute walk away. The cabin does not have air conditioning, but several large ceiling fans and insulation keeps the cabin comfortable in summer.

This is a very private cottage located in the trees with a view of a beautiful private pond. You will have a large deck that faces the pond, private parking, complete kitchen facilities, washer and dryer, and a large bathroom. You won’t find a more peaceful & serene setting. The pond is stocked with 4 types of fish, so bring your gear. You can watch the hawks, ducks maybe even some deer. Everything you need is provided whether you stay a night or a week.
